How MUUSAN Began

As part of a strategic planning process undertaken in 2021, MUUSAN asked co-founder Trudy Ferland to tell us how it all began. She describes the path that took her from children’s librarian to outspoken advocate for social justice and leader of an organization that has ensured for almost a decade that the liberal religious voice is heard by those who make Maine’s laws.
